When you were a child, you ran in a very different way. Naturally humans are made to run using the balls of their feet, but traditionally designed running shoes have dictated otherwise, forcing you sub consciously to put your foot down heel first. Traditionally designed sports shoes provide cushioning and structure below the heel, eliminating the discomfort on running heel first and ultimately altering the way people run.
